OTR Tyres

OTR tyres for loaders, graders, dumpers and cranes

Off-the-road tyres for construction, quarry and material-handling equipment. Tell us the size on the sidewall and the job the machine does, and we will quote what is available now, with delivery to your site.

OTR tyres are expensive, slow to replace and the difference between a machine that works and one that sits waiting. Most of the calls we get are from plant managers and procurement officers with a machine already down, so the first thing we do is confirm the exact size, ply rating and tread type before we quote. A cheaper tyre with the wrong tread code costs more by the end of the month.

We supply both bias (cross-ply) and radial OTR tyres. Bias tyres are still the default on most Pakistani loaders and graders because they tolerate sidewall knocks on rough sites and cost less up front. Radials make sense on longer haul cycles and on machines that run two shifts. If you are unsure which suits your operation, ask; we would rather spend ten minutes on the phone than sell you the wrong set.

Sizes we are regularly asked for

Where these tyres work

Wheel loaders

Stockpile loading, crush plants, batching plants, quarry faces. Tread choice (L2, L3, L4, L5) matters more here than on any other machine.

Motor graders

Road building, haul-road maintenance, site levelling. Usually G2 traction or G3 rock tread.

Backhoe loaders

Utility work, trenching, small sites. Front and rear sizes differ, so quote both.

Dump trucks

Rigid and articulated haulers on quarry and mining roads, where heat build-up and cuts are the main killers.

Rollers & compactors

Drive tyres on single-drum rollers and smooth tyres on pneumatic rollers.

Cranes & handlers

Rough-terrain cranes, reach stackers and yard handlers that carry high static loads.

Questions about otr tyres

17.5 is the nominal section width in inches and 25 is the rim diameter in inches. The dash means bias (cross-ply) construction; a radial of the same size is written 17.5R25. Our OTR size guide explains the full sidewall marking.

Yes. We dispatch nationwide by road. Tell us the site location when you ask for a quote and we will include the delivery arrangement and timing.
